Mercedes has announced details of face-lifted versions of the C-Class, which will be available from March 2011.

The exterior changes follow Mercedes new design direction first seen on the new CLS. Highlights include the more aggressive front bumper with driving lights, the more prominent grille, a revised bonnet which is now made of lighter aluminium and curvier headlights. There's also a new rear bumper and LED light clusters at the back.
Inside, the biggest change is a restyled dashboard with an integrated screen and a higher quality plastic grained finish.

To compliment the exterior and interior changes there are some tweaks under the bonnet. All C-Class models now have improved fuel consumption figures by up to 31 per cent; this is achieved by fitting stop/start and changing the gear ratios.

The Beginning of The End For The Nano?

Sometimes being cheap and cheerful just isn’t enough. Production delays, land debates and questions over occupant safety are killing the Tata Nano faster than an unexplained engine fire. India’s people car is struggling.

Things started out good, with 200,000 advanced orders for the sub-subcompact before its 2009 launch.
However, sales have been flagging these past four months with the Indian carmaker selling just 509 Nano’s in November, down from 9,000 in July.Lets hope Tata has something up their sleeves to stop this "catastrophe",before the Nano becomes nothing but part of history.

BMW 1-Series "M" revealed!

BMW has revealed its fastest and most extreme series production 1-series yet!

The entry-level M division model will be every bit as fast as the larger and more expensive M3 in standing start acceleration, with a 0-62mph time of just 4.9sec, just 0.1sec slower than the M3. BMW also says the 1-series M coupe will hit 124mph in 17.3sec, on its way to a limited 155mph top speed.
